I offer a whole range of options for those who wish to work with me. I have an advanced diploma in nutrition and weigh management and am certified by the International Sports Science Association. From online coaching, 1-1 training and boot camps as well as nutrition and diet. I am here to help. When you work with Front-line fitness you are working with a Military Veteran who knows what hard work is and knows how to get the best out of people. I spent 2 years of my Military career turning civilians into soldiers and now I want to help do the same for you. I have a love of teaching and enjoy working out as much as I enjoy spending time in the kitchen. Let me show you how to eat right and that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to lose weight. Fitness should be hard work but it should also be fun. When you sign up with me you know you are going to get the complete experience.

MEAL PLANNING

Weight loss is mostly about diet. Let me show you how with the 8 week nutrition and weight loss course, designed with minimal exercise in mind. A healthy approach to food and diet can do wonders for the body. I also specialise in Nutrition for sports and exercise for those looking to increase their athletic performance.
